Blogger does not allow you to add meta keywords and meta description to each and every individual post. You have the option of adding keywords and description for the entire blog in your blog tamplate and those keywords applicable for the entire blog.
Place your targeted keyword in your custom domain
Always try to keep your targeted keyword in your domain name/URL. For example my targeted key word is “seo services” so iam using it in my domain name as www.indyseoservices.blogspot.com.

Place keywords in Blogger Post Titles
You can place targeted keywords a maximum of 1,2 or 3 in your custom domain name. For secondary targeted keywords I place them in my blog post title/hyperlink or sub domain.

Visitors might be searching for images and you can have major portion of visitors coming to your site by placing your targeted keyword in alt tags. So always try to place your targeted keywords in alt tag and image titles.

Try to place your Target Keywords in Your Post Content
When you writing content for your site then always keep in mind then you need to use your targeted keywords frequently in your post content but don’t over stuff keywords in your blog post which leads black hat seo and search engines may block your site.

Never place too many posts on your homepage and Don't add additional ROBOT meta tags and try to Submit a Sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools and also submit your blog to as many Directories as you can.

Keyword in anchor text:
